- Ensure your items are full price. Our welcome code is not valid on sale items
- Check you are logged into your Stylerunner account
- Check you are entering the code into the "Promo Code" box
- Our codes are case sensitive so ensure you are entering it exactly as it was provided to you
- Check there are no spaces at either end of the code when you enter it
