Please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- Photos of the fault.
The team will assess your item(s) and get back to you with a solution as quickly as possible.
Alternatively, if you are local to one of our Stylerunner stores, you can certainly head in-store to have your item assessed. Unfortunately, this option is not available for orders paid with PayPal. To find your local store, please click here.
