How long will it take for my in-store order to arrive?
Please note that shipping and handling times can take anywhere between 1-3 business days, as your order could be coming from any one of our National stores*.
Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address that was entered upon placing the order.
Once your item/s have been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details.
*Please note that this option is only available within Australia at the moment.
Returning an item:If you would like to return your item, please ensure that your items adhere to our Returns Policy.

Please note that a refund can only be processed in-store at this time as we are working towards solidifying a seamless refund experience. Please ensure that you bring along your proof of purchase when returning an item back in-store. -
When will my order be dispatched?
Once your order has been placed, this is sent directly to our warehouse team and into the pick and pack process. Once our team have your amazing goodies packed and ready to go, we will send you an email to let you know they are on their way to you.
We allow up to 48 hours for dispatch on business days but the team work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Please Note: During sale periods, delivery times may vary due to a high volume of orders. Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch in these cases.

Why haven't I received any tracking information?
We’re incredibly sorry to hear that you haven’t received your tracking information. This should arrive via email directly from Australia Post.
We recommend checking your spam/junk inbox as it can sometimes land in there. If you still have not received this, please get in touch with Customer Experience below and we’ll be able to assist you.
Please remember to include your order number when reaching out to the team, as this helps to speed up the process.

How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you'll be sent an email to let you know.
Once Australia Post collect and scan your parcel, you will receive an email from them containing your tracking information to keep you updated throughout your delivery journey.
Using the AusPost tracking number, you can track your order here.

Delivery Delays
Due to reductions in air freight capacity, there may be delays on the StarTrack & AusPost parcels network that Australia Post operates around the country, particularly to regional and rural communities. Deliveries through Victoria are also experiencing 2-4 business days delay on arrival.
Australia Post is exploring all available transport alternatives and options, and working with the Australian Government, to minimise resulting impacts for customers.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Yes, all orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Australia Post will happily deliver to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes where possible. Please ensure the correct address is provided to avoid delays in receiving your order.

Can I update my delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, our team work as quickly as possible to get your order picked, packed and out the door to you. This means that we are unable to make any changes to your order which includes changing the delivery address.
Not to worry though, once you receive your tracking information, you can organise a re-direct free of charge via Australia Post. Simply log in to your Australia Post account and click ‘Re-Direct’ so that Australia Post can deliver to your updated address where possible.

Why was my delivery returned to sender?
If our courier partners cannot leave the parcel unattended at your delivery address it will get dropped off at the nearest post office for you to collect.
Once your parcel has arrived at the post office, you have up to 10 business days to collect. If not, the parcel will be returned to sender and unfortunately, we cannot send the parcel back out to you.
Rest assured that you will be refunded once your parcel makes its way back to the warehouse.
We understand that this is frustrating however we have these protocols put in place to prevent your purchases from falling into the wrong hands.
We understand that you're hanging out for your new item(s), so we suggest repurchasing and organizing for them to be delivered to a location where they can be signed for such as your place of work.
If the address on your order is incorrect, our courier partners will be unable to deliver this and will have to return this back to us.READ FULL ARTICLE -

Please note that we do dispatch our orders from multiple locations. If your order has been split between multiple locations, you will receive separate tracking emails for the items.
