How can I return my order?
Simply fill in the Returns Form with the required details and our Customer Experience Team will be in touch with your Return Authorisation form within 2 business days. All returns must adhere to our Returns Policy.
NOTE: If your order ID begins SR-, and your order was placed on or before 25/09/20. Please contact the Stylerunner Customer Experience team below with your order number, and the item/s you are returning and they will assist you with your return.READ FULL ARTICLE
I’ve returned my item(s). When will I receive my refund?
Returns can take up to 7 business days from the date of arrival to be processed. You will be able to check if your parcel has been delivered with the tracking number provided from the post office.

I think my item is faulty.
We're sorry to hear that you may have received a faulty item. We do our best to check all products thoroughly, prior to sending them out to you. If you do believe that you may have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Experience Team below so we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- Photos of the fault.
